Today DYCE play a key role in coordinating assets from planning to creation – often through a complex approval process. Keeping track of the latest approved content, or which channels it is being used on can be quite the task. Previously, assets have always been handled in the individual posts. Since DYCE is becoming more fundamental in all aspects of content marketing, one of the most requested features has, for a while, been a better way to handle images and videos in DYCE. Well… We heard you and now, we have made it easy to manage your media content in DYCE.
Here is a deeper look into how you can benefit from this update.
Upload one or multiple files into the Media Library
Effortlessly upload files by dragging them into any given post. When a file is uploaded to a post, it is automatically stored and indexed in the Media Library.
Add assets directly from the Media Library
If a file is already uploaded, you can easily add it to a post directly from the Media Library. You can also select multiple files to be added.
Filter and search
Search is available from inside the Media Library for free text searching in file names. Likewise, the filter button has been made available for filtering based on date, media type, and which campaigns it’s used in.
If you are working with assets with restrictions, you can add centralised comments to any asset. From the Media Library you can also delete assets, which removes it from all posts it is used in.
See where an image or video is being used
Previously it wasn’t easy to find out where an image or video was used. Now, DYCE automatically shows you exactly which campaigns each image is used in.
